Welcome to Masini.io. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Masini.io, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Masini.io provides bespoke vehicle design, engineering, and customization services. All services are subject to availability and feasibility assessments.
2. Quotes & Payment
All quotes are estimates based on initial specifications. A formal invoice will be provided upon final agreement. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon contract signing, remaining 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.
3. Modifications & Cancellations
Clients may request modifications within 14 days of contract. Cancellations within 7 days of deposit refund 80%. After 7 days, deposits become non-refundable due to design and resource commitments.
4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and intellectual property created by Masini.io remain our property until full payment. Upon final payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for personal purposes only.
5. Confidentiality
Masini.io and clients agree to keep all shared information confidential. We will not disclose or use personal or project information for any purpose other than project fulfillment.
6. Liability & Warranty
Masini.io warrants workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective work.
7. Privacy
We collect personal data to fulfill services and maintain communication. Data is stored securely. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bucharest.
9. Amendments
Masini.io reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
